How does WildMint rewards work?
As you make purchases and carry out other actions (such as sharing a product review with us), you will collect points. Once a certain amount of points have been collected, these points can be exchanged for money off your next purchase.
How do I move up a tier/ what tiers are there?
We have four membership tiers, each reached once a certain amount of points have been collected. You will continue to move up the tiers as your points build.
Is it possible to drop down a tier?
Once you have reached a tier, you have ‘unlocked’ access to this tier, and you will remain there. You won’t move down a tier if your points balance decreases, such as when you use your points. However, your points balance is valid for only 12 months. If points are not used during this year-long period, they will expire, and you will drop down to Tier 1.
How do I collect points?
You will start collecting points as soon as you sign up to our loyalty programme. After this, 10 points are awarded for every £1 spent with us. You can collect even more points by following us on social media, posting a review of one of our products, and letting us know when it’s your birthday (so we can celebrate together!).
How do I spend/redeem my points?
Here are the steps to redeem your WM Rewards:
- Add the products you wish to order to your cart.
- Log in to your account.
- Scroll down to ‘Treat Yourself’.
- Select the number of points you wish to redeem.
- Click ‘Redeem’.
- Receive a code to apply to your next order
- Click 'Apply Code' to automatically use it at checkout
If I send a new product back or claim on the money back guarantee or add a discount code retrospectively, will my points be deducted?
Yes, WildMint Rewards is directly linked to your account; therefore, points have monetary value. Any money refunded will directly correlate to the amount of points you have.
Will I be rewarded for previous orders?
Yes, any points earned from previous orders will be linked directly to your account.
Can I gift my points to someone else?
No, your points are connected to your account therefore can only be accessed via your login details.
How do I access my points?
Your points will be clearly visible on your account, and you will be able to track how far you are from reaching the next tier.
Will my points expire?
Yes, you have 12 months to use your points. After this period, they will expire and will be removed from your account.
