Our BioRefills are composed of two parts, an inner certified compostable pouch made from a cellulose composite (bioplastic) and a 100% recyclable cardboard sleeve.
The inner pouches are planet-friendly and easy to use. They are not meant for storage, but just as a product transportation method.
Please decant the refills within 5 days of receiving them.
Once used, the pouches will decompose in home compost in around 32 weeks. The cardboard sleeve can be recycled or composted at home.
Order the regular 100ml Citrus Splash. After enjoying your product, make sure you rinse and dry the empty glass bottle to prepare for a refill! To top-up, place an order for a biodegradable refill. Your pouch will be filled on the same day and posted through your letterbox.
Refills will be sent separately to our other products. This is due to the special 'fill on demand' method used with our refills.

How to Use
* Decant the refill within 5 days of receiving it.
1. Wash your existing glass bottle and rinse well with hot water. Ensure it’s completely dry before refilling.
2. Remove the inner silver pouch from the cardboard sleeve.
3. Snip the spout close to the tip (not too far down).
4. Insert spout into the neck of the bottle and squeeze or allow product to flow into the bottle.
5. Twist cap securely and enjoy!
How to dispose:
Rinse out the inner pouch and place in your garden waste or home compost. The cardboard sleeve can also be torn up and composted at home.
If the first options are not available, dispose of the pouch in general waste, and the cardboard sleeve in your recycling bin.

I'm a fifty year old woman. I have never liked or believed the hype and push of the beauty industries, to prevent skin aging and I also believe they are very overpriced and never really deliver on their promises. I am thankful that I was blessed with good skin and only ever used soap/water and used sunblock when needed. Extremely but presently surprised by this brand I had never heard of. The packaging is lovely. The quality of the products are amazing. Really really love the citrus splash.
This is such a lovely toner. It feels and smells so refreshing with its citrus scent.
It contains ingredients such as vitamin C, rose oil, oat kernel extraxt and rose water. With it having vitamin C it helps to brighten skin, the oats soothes skin. For me It does have that brightening effect. It's so cooling, especially when the weather is warm. The pump works well at distributing the liquid so that there is an even distribution. It really is a citrus splash. I like that it contains natural ingredients to.

I had to opt for a whole new product as the bio refils (at the time i needed it) were sold out - not a problem. Received product in good time - a lot darker than my first time purchase (please see picture - product on the right is the original with the tiniest bit at the bottom) havent used new one yet - maybe wildmint can advise if this colour is ok before i use it?

Been using this everyday for over 12 months and my skin feels so refreshed after using with the cleanser.
Well my second bottle seemed a darker colour than my first! However it’s really sorting out my menopause skin. My 14 year old son also uses it for his acne and it’s calming them down.

Great product, lasts for ages and has helped with the redness of my skin. Very cooling and perfect after the cleanser. Not really sure about the pump spray, hard to get enough out onto a cotton pad.
