How to Use
1. MARULA MAGIC
Apply 3–4 drops of Marula Magic oil to your face, ensuring your skin is well lubricated for a smooth glide.
2. GUA SHA
Gently press and glide the gua sha tool along your natural facial contours, moving from the centre of your face outwards.
- Forehead: Glide from the centre of your forehead outward, above the eyebrow.
- Under eyes & cheeks: Move from the nose area beneath the eye and along the cheekbone.
- Jaw & mouth area: Sweep from the edge of the mouth towards the bottom of the ear.
- Temples: Glide down the sides of the face towards the jawline.
- Neck: Finish by moving from the jawline down the neck.
Press any remaining oil into your skin and allow it to absorb, or gently pat away excess with a clean towel.
Tips:
- The massage should feel soothing, not painful. Use gentle pressure.
- Keep your skin well-oiled throughout to avoid pulling or dragging.
- Mild redness or temporary marks from pressure are normal and should fade shortly after.
